Engaged services represent a clear commitment from both sides and sends a strong message to the marketplace that the hiring company highly values the opportunity. 

Consider the following when deciding if a retained search is appropriate: 
  1. Is this a key position or urgent need?
  2. Is this a confidential search/replacement? 
  3. Is the desired talent pool for this position limited or in high demand?   
  4. Are you looking to partner with a search firm to identify and recruit the best candidates?
 
​HOW DOES ENAGAGED SEARCH WORK?   
  • We only accept a limited number of engaged searches at a time to ensure quality results.   
  • The estimated placement fee is calculated as a % of the candidate’s first year salary and a portion of the estimated fee (“Retainer”) is paid up front.  
  • Our team will dedicate our time and resources to a targeted approach to recruit a candidate specifically for your opening.  We will continue to recruit for your opening - for as long as it takes - until it is filled to your satisfaction. 
  • You will be given a "first-refusal" option on candidates
  • The remaining fee is calculated as a percentage of the Base salary less your Retainer.  
  • Your retainer is non-refundable. However, if you should fill the position with someone other than our candidate, we will gladly apply the retainer fee to another Accounting or Finance related search conducted within one year. 
  • 90 day Guarantee

CONTINGENCY SEARCH

We market your opportunity to our extensive database and network of candidates, along with our other Contingency search client’s opportunities. 
  • We will identify, screen, qualify and submit our top candidates for your review. 
  • The placement fee is contingent upon our recruiting the candidate that you hire and is calculated as a percentage of the first year’s base salary. 
  • 90 day Guarantee

STAFF AUGMENTATION 

We will supply you with a quality Contractor with experience that matches your specific needs/industry along with a 4-hour guarantee to give you time to evaluate the Contractor’s on-the-job fitness.  Contract employees are a great flexible resource and a morale booster for your already hard working team!
